Day 1
Land in Bali, and join the squad at Seminyak! Enjoy a sunset at Double Six Beach, followed by a group dinner and a night out to experience Bali’s vibrant nightlife.
Day 2
Embark on an exciting day with a surfing lesson at Kuta Beach, then explore the scenic Uluwatu Temple before ending with a breathtaking sunset at a famous beach.
Day 3
Travel to Gili Trawangan via speedboat. Catch a stunning sunset, enjoy the white beaches, and the renowned nightlife!
Day 4
Snorkel or scuba in Gili’s vibrant waters, spotting sea turtles and colorful fish. Enjoy evening at your pace - either some beach time or some nightlife.
Day 5
Farewell Gili, Hello Ubud! Catch a speedboat and head to Bali’s cultural heart, Ubud. The evening is yours to explore or simply enjoy some pool time.
Day 6
Hike Mount Batur volcano for a breathtaking sunrise, then unwind with a Balinese massage. Later, explore Ubud or opt for an ATV adventure through caves and tunnels.
Day 7
Visit the beautiful Tegenungan Waterfalls, then take in the views at Cretya, a scenic lounge overlooking rice terraces. In the evening, soak in Ubud’s vibe at its bustling market or a charming café.
Day 8
Farewell to Ubud and make your way to Seminyak! Opt for a Nusa Penida day trip or relax before heading to Finns Beach Club for an unforgettable last night with squad!
Day 9
Say your goodbyes and catch your airport transfer, taking only good vibes and epic plans for the next adventure with the squad!

We've been hosting Bali trips since 2017, and fun fact—When in City’s first group trips started here! From adventure and parties to beachside relaxation, Bali has something for everyone in our age group.
Group sizes vary, but our Bali group trip typically has around 20-25 travelers. You'll meet your squad in a WhatsApp group before the trip!
Yes, travel between islands and all travel to activities as per itinerary is covered within the trip costs. Your airport pickup and drops are also included with the trip. (note: keep some minor expense for cycle hire for one day in Gili, and scooter hire in Ubud if you wish. It’s an option, and not a must).
The trip starts on the itinerary date, suggest to arrive before 4pm. It ends on the last day as per the itinerary, suggest to depart anytime during the day. Bali’s only airport is Denpasar (DPS). Airport transfers are available for flights between 8am to 8pm on trip dates. Book your spot before booking flights!
Indonesia (Bali) offers a visa on arrival for Indian passport holders. The visa fee is IDR 500,000 (~INR 2,700) and can be paid by cash/card. Just ensure your passport is valid for 6+ months.
Bali’s got that perfect tropical vibe all year round! Think warm weather, sunny days, and breezy nights. Even in the rainy season (Nov–Mar), showers are usually short, so there’s still plenty of time for beach chills, adventures, and exploring.
Yes, Bali has plenty of vegetarian options, from local dishes to international cuisines. Many cafes and restaurants cater specifically to vegetarians, so you’ll have no trouble finding delicious meals throughout your trip!
